Will you be providing new member ID cards?
We are excited to incorporate our new brand name on our plan resources and materials, including member ID cards. We plan to reissue member ID cards later this year for an effective date of January 1, 2023, and will provide more information on this transition in the coming months. You can continue to access the healthcare you need with your current ID card.

Are my benefits changing?
There won't be any changes to your benefits as a result of our new brand name. Employers will continue to determine coverage as plans come up for annual renewal. We are pleased to offer comprehensive medical and behavioral health benefits that support our members’ overall health and well-being.

Will your phone number or address be changing as a result of the rebrand?
No, our phone number and address will not be changing as a result of our rebrand. Customers can find all contact information on MassGeneralBrighamHealthPlan.org.

Does this change your provider network?
There are no changes to our provider network as a result of our new name. We are pleased to have a robust network of world-class doctors and hospitals that also extends outside of the Mass General Brigham system. You can search our Provider directory to find a variety of providers in our network that meet your healthcare needs.

Why did you decide to rebrand?
Our new name matches our vision to enhance collaboration within the Mass General Brigham healthcare system to improve patient care and coverage while also improving the provider experience. This transition aims to reduce the administrative burden for all of our participating providers, whether affiliated with Mass General Brigham or not, offering tools to support your practice and enabling you to focus on caring for your patients.

Will my network participation change?
No. Your network will not change as this is not a closed network. Under our new name, we will continue to maintain and grow our strong network of providers, including those outside of the Mass General Brigham system.

Will I have to re-register to access the Provider portal?
No. You will not need to re-register for the Provider portal. The portal will look different under the new name, but your access will not change.

Will the electronic payments be processed the same?
Yes. We are not changing our payer ID, so all of your electronic payments will continue to go through via ECHO.

Will there be any changes to the claims mailing address?
No. There will not be any changes to the address for claims submissions.

Will my contract with AllWays Health Partners be valid under the new name?
All existing contracts will transfer over under the new name.
