Questions from members

  • Will you be providing new member ID cards?
We are excited to incorporate our new brand name on our plan resources and materials, including member ID cards. We plan to reissue member ID cards later this year for an effective date of January 1, 2023, and will provide more information on this transition in the coming months. You can continue to access the healthcare you need with your current ID card.
  • Are my benefits changing?
There won't be any changes to your benefits as a result of our new brand name. Employers will continue to determine coverage as plans come up for annual renewal. We are pleased to offer comprehensive medical and behavioral health benefits that support our members’ overall health and well-being.
  • Will your phone number or address be changing as a result of the rebrand?

No, our phone number and address will not be changing as a result of our rebrand. Customers can find all contact information on MassGeneralBrighamHealthPlan.org.

  • Does this change your provider network?
There are no changes to our provider network as a result of our new name. We are pleased to have a robust network of world-class doctors and hospitals that also extends outside of the Mass General Brigham system. You can search our Provider directory to find a variety of providers in our network that meet your healthcare needs.
