Our leadership

Steve Tringale oversees the execution of Mass General Brigham Health Plan's long-term strategy with a focus on innovation, value, growth, and customer service. He has over 30 years of experience in the health insurance industry and a long history with Mass General Brigham Health Plan, previously serving as Board Chair. Steve also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tringale Health Strategies. In addition, he has held leadership positions at Hinckley, Allen & Tringale, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and the Life Insurance Association of Massachusetts.

Dr. Lindsay Jubelt serves as the Chief Population Health Officer for Mass General Brigham and Chief Medical Officer for Mass General Brigham Health Plan. Leveraging our unique provider-payer relationship, Dr. Jubelt is focused on improving the health and experience of our shared patients and members as part of the system’s value-based care strategy. Her focus is to advance our efforts to redesign care delivery by creating programs that improve health outcomes and manage the total cost of care. Dr. Jubelt is also a practicing clinician and completed her residency in internal medicine. Most recently, Dr. Jubelt served as the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Operations for Mount Sinai Solutions, Mount Sinai Health System’s direct-to-employer business.

Kate Leeson provides oversight of the health plan’s strategic planning, corporate positioning and communications, and digital and market presence to better advance business goals and long-term strategy in collaboration with Mass General Brigham. In this role, Kate also serves as a strategic advisor to the President and collaborates with the Board of Directors on shared initiatives across the enterprise. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare and public health policy sectors. Most recently, Kate served as the Senior Regional Director of Network Development at Mass General Brigham. She has a background as a healthcare advisor on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and she also held leadership positions at the Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association and America’s Essential Hospitals.

Mark McCormick provides leadership in promoting a high-quality experience for our customers and building an environment that fosters and reflects an approach to business that puts people first. In this role, he oversees all administrative, operational, information technology, and network management functions for Mass General Brigham Health Plan. As President of Accelare and co-founder of several software development and business solution firms, he is a noted consultant and software architect who has served in business and IT leadership roles for more than 20 years.

Tina McKinney is the Vice President of Human Resources for Mass General Brigham, overseeing Mass General Brigham Health Plan. In her capacity within HR, she supports Mass General Brigham’s Community and Value-Based Care Division to help ensure optimal alignment between affiliates for the success of our value-based care strategy. She also provides strategic oversight on employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design. Tina brings over 25 years of HR experience in both the health care and financial industries. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, she has served in various leadership roles with Greatbatch Medical, Fidelity Investments, and Bank of America.

Alice Moore leads the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Division of Mass General Brigham Health Plan by developing and executing our legal, regulatory and compliance strategies. As an attorney and executive with nearly two decades of experience in the public sector, she brings a wealth of regulatory and political knowledge and expertise. Before joining the Mass General Brigham Health Plan team, Alice served as Undersecretary for Health to Secretary of Health and Human Services Marylou Sudders, Chief of Staff to former Senate President Therese Murray, and Chief of the Government and Public Protection Bureaus in the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

Mark Sanderson leads the overall analytical capabilities in support of Mass General Brigham’s value-based care strategy. He is responsible for the data, analytics, and insights necessary to improve the healthcare experience of the system’s shared patients and members. Mark brings over 20 years over experience in healthcare analytics. Prior to this role, he held leadership positions at the Mount Sinai Health System and Cigna Healthcare.

Sujata Sanghvi provides leadership and vision in insurance risk, risk models, and financial reporting to ensure integration with Mass General Brigham and our ability to deliver innovative products and services for our customers. She has more than 25 years of experience as a senior health care plan executive and health care actuary. Before joining the Mass General Brigham Health Plan team, Sujata held finance and operational leadership positions at S2 Actuarial, PacificSource Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

Lucy Silva provides leadership and direction for our systemwide payer finance strategies to build and advance our integrated offerings with Mass General Brigham and drive the innovation of products, services and shared savings models. Lucy has more than 20 years of finance experience in the health care and technology industries. Before joining the Mass General Brigham Health Plan team, she served as the CFO of Thundermist Health Center. She has also held finance leadership positions at Care New England Health System, Dominion Diagnostics, and Sensata Technologies.

Jennifer St. Thomas leads commercial growth by developing, implementing, and managing strategies that highlight our unique value in the marketplace. In this role, she advances the organization’s provider-payer integration with Mass General Brigham to offer a truly different health care experience to customers. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in health insurance sales and employee benefits, Jennifer joined Mass General Brigham Health Plan in 2017 as Vice President of New Business Sales. Prior to Mass General Brigham Health Plan, she has held sales positions at Tufts Health Plan and Sun Life Financial. Jennifer is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
