April 21, 2025 (SOMERVILLE, MA) – Mass General Brigham Health Plan offers a suite of innovative, digital features on its fully insured commercial plans. The features were designed to create an exceptional healthcare experience by enabling easy, convenient access to care and providing members with real-time support.
Nationwide, there is a growing need for a better digital customer experience. According to the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study, a universal challenge observed across nearly all health plans evaluated is the digital customer experience.

- Innovative mental health solutions through Lyra Health that include in-person, remote, and self-guided care, as well as advanced care coordination for members with more complex mental health needs. Members have faster access to mental health care, more clinical options, and greater ease of use.
- Comprehensive women’s health portfolio with online tools and access to experts and virtual communities that provide resources for women at every stage of their healthcare journey and comprises pregnancy, postpartum and loss support, menopause, and pelvic health.
- Virtual care options for both urgent and non-urgent medical and behavioral health services across a variety of platforms.
- Easy-to-use app and portal that allows members to view plan documents, track cost sharing, search for doctors, access a digital ID card, and chat live with customer service.
