October 8, 2024 (SOMERVILLE, MA) – Mass General Brigham Health Plan announced its new Complete Access EPOSM (Exclusive Provider Organization) plan will be available to individuals and small businesses on January 1, 2025 to expand affordable coverage solutions.
This high-value, competitively priced product supports an increasingly remote workforce by offering flexible coverage options and seamless access to care across the country. Members of Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s Complete Access EPO have access to care locally and more than a million providers and 5,200 hospitals nationally, including the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network.
Offered to large employers in 2024, the Complete Access EPO was well-received by Mass General Brigham Health Plan accounts, members, and the broker community.

The Complete Access EPO includes Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s comprehensive levels of coverage. It also includes a national network of primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, urgent care centers, retail walk-in clinics, 24/7 On Demand virtual urgent care, and value-added benefits like prescription drug savings programs and a portfolio of women’s health solutions. Complete Access EPO members also have access to high-quality mental health providers, including virtual and in-person options with Lyra Health and Optum.
