October 25, 2023 (SOMERVILLE, MA) – Mass General Brigham Health Plan announces the launch of a new product, Complete Access EPO (Exclusive Provider Organization). This high-quality and competitively priced product allows Massachusetts employers to support an increasingly remote workforce by offering their employees access to care across the country.

Members of Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s Complete Access EPO will have access to a national network of providers that includes UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network, with more than one million providers and 5,200 hospitals nationwide.

Complementing Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s robust product portfolio, Complete Access EPO also offers our exceptional customer service, as reflected in our No. 1 ranking by J.D. Mass General Brigham Health Plan Complete Access EPO members will also have access to urgent care centers, retail walk-in clinics, a 24/7 nurse advice line, 24/7 on-demand virtual urgent care and additional benefits such as prescription drug savings programs and our portfolio of women’s health solutions. They will also have access to a national network of high-quality, accessible behavioral health providers that includes virtual and in-person options with Lyra Health and Optum.
Complete Access EPO will be available to fully insured large groups, effective January 1, 2024.
