You’ve probably received a lot of information lately from us. If you haven’t had a chance to go through it all, that’s OK. Here are a few quick tips:​ 

  • Your Member ID Card should arrive in the mail soon if it hasn’t already. You’ll need this for any doctor visits. If you don’t have your ID Card, you can still get services. Just go to member.massgeneralbrighamhealthplan.org and follow the steps to print your ID card. 

  • Register on our member portal so you can see what’s covered under your plan, view claim information, check typical costs for tests or procedures, find your doctor, chat with a Customer Service Professional, and more.

  • On our member portal, you can also learn more about: our DoctorSmartsm Rewards program which offers you cash back if you have certain services with a high-quality, lower cost provider; On Demand, which offers convenient, high-quality virtual urgent care services; and our online wellness website, Virgin Pulse, where you can build your own wellness program.
