Through personalized programs and one-on-one coaching, we support a range of health goals from eating well and starting a fitness routine to forming healthy habits and emotional resilience.

Create your own personalized wellness plan

Work on your wellbeing goals with a personalized plan from Virgin Pulse. This online wellness platform includes support for many wellness journeys. The step-by-step programs can help you:

  • Eat better
  • Become more active
  • Improve sleep
  • Quit smoking
  • Lose weight
  • Cope with grief
  • Reduce alcohol or tobacco use
  • And more
It also includes social connections, tracking tools, and games to keep you coming back and working on healthy habits.

Talk with a Health Coach about your wellness goals

If you're looking for personal support to help you achieve your wellness goals, you can get one-on-one health coaching by phone at no cost to you. Our specially trained Health Coaches can answer questions about any health and wellness topic that's on your mind. They can also work with you to make a wellness plan and put you in touch with resources in your community.

To get started, call the Customer Service number on the back of your member ID card and ask to talk to a Health Coach.


Get help on your fitness or weight loss journey

Whether you're taking the first steps on your health journey or maintaining a healthy habit, we're here to support you.

  • Fitness and weight loss reimbursements

    Many of our plans include fitness and weight loss benefits to reimburse you for staying active and losing weight. Get reimbursed for subscriptions, programs, or activities at qualifying fitness facilities and up to six months of membership fees at a qualified weight loss program.

  • Weight loss support program

    Healthier You is a year-long program for our members who are looking to lose weight, become more active, and reduce the risk of conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. Learn more about the Healthier You program.

Get help to quit – a free tobacco cessation resource

Visit MakeSmokingHistory.org or call 1-800-QUIT-NOW to get help to quit smoking, vaping, or other tobacco products through approved medicine and free counseling from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Enroll online to get 8 weeks of free nicotine patches and help to quit.
