Our 3-step provider onboarding process makes joining our network as easy as 1, 2, 3

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is a health plan that puts you first — so that you can put your patients first. We're committed to providing you with resources that support optimal patient care. Our enrollment process reflects this commitment with digital resources and support every step of the way.

STEP 1: Submit your letter of interest

Fill out our letter of interest to get started. We’ll follow-up within two business days to kick off the contracting and credentialing process.

STEP 2: Review your contract, sign, and upload

We use a tool called Concord to streamline the contracting and credentialing process. After you submit the letter of interest, you’ll get an email with an overview of the entire contracting and credentialing process —which typically takes 30 days.

STEP 3: Register for the Provider Portal

Our Provider Portal is your go-to place when you need to check claim status, view an explanation of payments, submit prior authorizations, and more.

The portal puts member information at your fingertips 24/7, including eligibility and benefit information on one simple page.

You can register for the portal on your effective date.

*Reminder: After you register for the Provider portal, sign up for electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments. In the portal, click on EFT/ERA Enrollment in the E-Business tab.

Beyond enrollment, we stay connected

Once you’re officially on board, Providers have exclusive access to:

  • Provider newsletter: Stay updated on everything related to our Provider network by subscribing to our monthly newsletter.
  • AllWays on Teams: If you're paying for a telehealth solution, now is a good time to switch to AllWays on Teams: our proprietary telehealth solution available to all network providers and created in partnership with Microsoft.
