World-class Massachusetts hospitals are in-network—giving members access to some of the nation’s leading academic medical centers and specialty hospitals. The network includes a vast list of providers outside of the Mass General Brigham system, including virtual and hybrid practices with availability for new patients to ease access to primary care.
Optum, one of the largest behavioral health networks in the U.S., is Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s behavioral health partner. Members also have access to Lyra Health, a mental health support platform with virtual and in-person options, including on-demand resources, mental health coaching, therapy, and medication management.
