If you don’t see your doctor in our network, let us know by contacting our Customer Service team. We'll double check for you. We can also help you find a new doctor in the network or talk with you about your options.
Virtual primary care
Virtual primary care is a good option to establish a new primary care relationship for comprehensive care where and when you need it. Learn more here.

During your switch over to Mass General Brigham Health Plan, we can help make sure you have access to the medications you need. Give our Customer Service team a call and let us know your prescription isn't on the drug list.
Your new ID card will arrive soon after you enroll, but you can view it online before it comes in the mail. After enrolling, you can visit Member.MGBHP.org and follow the steps to view or print your digital ID card. You can then show providers your card on your phone or download a printable copy.

Here you'll find plan details about your plan options, including cost sharing and benefits. These plans will be effective on July 1, 2026. All of Eliot's plans provide access to a national network; Mass General Brigham Health Plan’s full network in Massachusetts and New Hampshire plus UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network outside of MA/NH. Members are required to designate their Mass General Brigham Health Plan PCPs located in MA and NH. Referrals are needed for certain specialty services.
Most services are covered after a copay or deductible.
All services except certain preventive care and preventive drugs are subject to the deductible.
