New wellness platform launching on January 1, 2026
We are excited to announce that Mass General Brigham Health Plan is moving to a new wellness platform, effective January 1, 2026. Available through our Member Portal at Member.MGBHP.org, our new wellness hub reflects our commitment to providing a best-in-class and engaging experience for members.
We are collaborating with a recognized digital health leader, mPulse, to offer the new platform. Named one of Newsweek’s World's Best Digital Health Companies in 2024, mPulse works with 9 of the top 10 payers in the country, plus several integrated delivery systems.
Our goal is to maintain the features our members value most while introducing enhancements that improve usability, reporting, and overall engagement. The updated platform will offer:
- A fresh, intuitive user interface
- Personalized health risk assessments that members can share with their providers
- Access to wellness information on timely health topics
- Participation in group challenges and individual tracking
- The ability to connect personal devices to track steps/physical activity and earn points
- Enhanced configurability and customization options for large employers
Communication timeline and support
We’re putting a comprehensive communication plan in place to keep all stakeholders informed well in advance of the January 1 launch. This includes:
- Member outreach starting before the end of summer
- Featured communications during open enrollment this fall
- Ongoing updates to employers and members as we approach the transition
We’re excited to bring you the Mass General Brigham Health Plan wellness hub, a modern platform that supports our shared commitment to member health and wellness.
Next week, we’ll be reaching out to employers by email to share a similar update about the upcoming change. Stay tuned for more information—and thank you for your continued partnership and support.
